We want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return.
💬 How to Start a Return
Email us at support@calmpurrs.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and easy instructions on how to send the product back.
Please note that returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

ZenDen works best when used correctly and consistently, so we ask customers to give it a proper try before requesting a refund.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
🔁 Exchanges
If you want a different product, the fastest way is to return your current one, and once accepted, place a new order.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process it.

The ZenDen you receive may look slightly different from photos shown online. This is because we work with multiple trusted suppliers to ensure fast and safe delivery.
The quality, materials, and performance remain exactly the same.
Packaging differences cannot be used as a reason for return or refund once the product has arrived.
